You made a mistake. That doesn't make you a mistake. Sometimes we replay one sentence, one reaction, one decision — and let it become the way we see ourselves. But regret can become a turning point when it brings the heart back to Allah. Acknowledge what happened. Learn from it. Seek forgiveness. Make things right where you can. And keep walking.
